HOW TO BUY

This is easy!…Simply browse our online catalogue choosing the products of your choice . When you are happy with your selection click on the ‘buy now’ link and proceed to the secured section where a few details are required before goods can be purchased.

We accept most major credit and debit cards through the online payment services provider PayPal.

Please note: We strongly recommend that the services of a tradesperson are not engaged until the goods have arrived and been checked.

HOW TO PAY

All payment transactions will be directed to the secure servers of PayPal. We use PayPal as a secure and guaranteed payment method that offers great buyer protection. You do not need a PayPal account to complete a transaction.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

We offer a fixed rate delivery charge per item, ranging from 30€ to 80€ depending on the products purchased. For example air conditioning systems and gas boiler systems have a fixed delivery charge of 50€.

We utilise national shipping and courier companies for the delivery of products.

The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there until 8.00pm on the day of delivery. You should be aware that due to Health and Safety. all deliveries are road side only. Please bare this in mind as you may need help with larger items.

LARGE PRODUCTS (pallet delivery)

You will be e-mailed/telephoned with the consignment details directly by the transport company to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

RETURNS POLICY / FAULTY GOODS

We will refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge, please contact info@discountplumbing.es to arrange for the goods to be collected. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs will be considerably higher than you are charged for delivery.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

All products supplied by Discount Plumbing Supplies come with a 12 month retailers guarantee. Any guarantee periods longer than this quoted on the website for particular products are provided by the manufacturer and are not in any way endorsed or backed by Discount Plumbing Supplies. We pass on manufacturers warranties in good faith but we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with Discount Plumbing Supplies. For the avoidance of doubt if the manufacturer becomes insolvent you accept that the additional guarantee is lost.

In all cases the manufacturers provide an after sales team of engineers who will come out and fix any problems that you may have with their products. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service they provide then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any problems for you.

We will arrange for a repair or refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge for all faulty goods notified to us within 12 months of delivery.

All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the actual costs will be considerably higher than those you were originally charged for delivery. Examples of Actual Delivery Costs If the product has been installed and used for an extended period of time and no fault is found you will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.

RETURNS POLICY / CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can inform us within 7 days of delivery that you would like to return the item for a refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in good condition.

For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs to send them back will be considerably higher than you are charged for delivery. We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-sale able condition no refund will be made.
